o We request your card details before the day of arrival.
o We will make a temporary blocking of 30 € as bail on the morning of your arrival.
2. Card as guarantee:
• The card provided will serve as a guarantee for extraordinary day payments or late departure (Outside check-out time)
1. Unlock at Check-out:
o The 30 € will be automatically unlocked at check-out, except for damage or extraordinary cleaning charges.
2. Damage and Extraordinary Cleaning (for smoking):
o Additional charges of € 20 applicable in case of smoking in the room, according to the booking conditions.
3. Card handling:
o We guarantee no card tampering.
o No unauthorized charges will be made beyond the deposit lock.
4. Data Protection Rights:
o You have the right to access, rectify and delete your personal data.
o You may limit or object to the processing of your data.
o We guarantee security and confidentiality under the European Union Data Protection Act.

LEGITIMIZATION
The lawfulness of the processing is determined by your consent, which has been given and collected through your subscription.
